We are aware that some players were unable to access the Christmas Mouse event because the Christmas Egg did not appear. The development team has completed a fix for this issue, and it is now available in version 3.6.1 of the game, which is rolling out slowly.
To see the fix, update your game to the 3.6.1 version as soon as it's available in your store. You may also want to enable auto-updates to ensure you always receive fixes as soon as they're available. You can see what version you're on in the in-game settings.
After you install 3.6.1 and open it for the first time, please close and reopen the app, then play a few levels. It might take a few minutes for the Christmas egg to pop up. You can check if the update is ready by following this link.
