What are Daily Goals?
Daily Goals are fun, bite-sized challenges that refresh every day. They give you new ways to play and earn rewards while you enjoy Wordscapes.
Rewards include coins, hints, and special Portraits!
When do Daily Goals unlock?
Daily Goals become available once you reach Level 22.
How do I access Daily Goals?
Look for the Daily Goals icon on the home screen. Tap it to open the Daily Goals screen, where you can view your current goals and track progress. A countdown timer under the icon shows when your goals will refresh.
Each completed goal earns you a small reward and prize keys. Collecting prize keys will unlock the bigger Quest Prizes on the Quest Track!
How do I collect my rewards? And will my rewards expire?
A green “Collect” button will appear on any completed goal. Tap the button to collect your reward.
If you forget to collect your goal rewards from the previous day, you can still collect them on the next day. You have 24 hours to collect goal rewards before they expire.
What is a Quest?
Quests are month-long, seasonal challenges, during which you can complete daily goals, collect Prize Keys and unlock the increasingly valuable Quest prizes on the Quest Prize Track. The amount of time you have in a Quest is indicated in the quest timer. When the quest timer runs out, a new Quest will begin.
What if I don’t like a goal? Can I swap it with a different one?
Yes! Each goal can be swapped one time per day. You will need to either pay coins or watch a Rewarded Video Ad to swap your Daily Goal.
Tap the swap icon in the upper left corner of a goal.
A message will ask if you want to swap.
If you’ve already started making progress, you’ll see a warning before confirming.
Tap Swap to confirm.
Note: You cannot swap a goal if they are set to refresh in less than 5 minutes.
How long do I have to complete my Daily Goals?
Daily Goals refresh every 24 hours, resetting at midnight UTC. You can find what this means in your time zone here: https://dateful.com/time-zone-converter.
Reminder: You cannot swap Daily Goals during the final 5 minutes before they reset. Once the timer hits zero, your goals will refresh automatically. (This timer is shown underneath the Daily Goal icon on the Home screen and above the daily goals on the Daily Goals dialog).Quest Prize Tracks are seasonal and typically last about one month.
Why don’t I have this feature?
We’re currently testing Daily Goals to make sure the feature is fun, balanced, and runs smoothly for everyone. During this testing period, only some players will see Daily Goals in their game. Features that are tested often become more widely available later, so you will most likely see it in the future.
If I don’t have the feature yet, will I miss out on exclusive prizes?
No – if you do not have the Daily Goals feature, you will receive a special Dash event where you can earn the Portrait that is being offered through Daily Goals. Players who do have the Daily Goals feature will not receive this Dash event.
Why do I have Daily Goals, but no longer have the Daily Dash?
The new Daily Goals feature replaces the Daily Dash feature that was formerly on the Wordscapes homescreen. While the Daily Dash feature only gave one prize per day, you will receive multiple prizes each day through Daily Goals!
Special Prize Dashes, like Holiday Dashes, will still appear for all players!
