We understand that sometimes you may need to update the team leader for various reasons. Here are the scenarios in which we can assist in changing the team leader for your group:
1. Inactivity for 1 Month
If the current team leader has been inactive for more than 1 month, we can assist in transferring leadership to another active team member.
2. The Team Leader No Longer Has Access to the Account
If the current team leader can no longer access their account due to technical issues or account recovery problems, we can help you assign a new leader from within the team.
3. Abusive Behavior or Inappropriate Messages
Suppose the team leader is sending inappropriate messages or behaving abusively in the team chat. In that case, we can intervene to ensure the well-being of the team and assign a new, responsible leader. We encourage you to share a screenshot of the inappropriate message so we can further assess it.
How to Request a Change:
To request a team leader change under any of the above circumstances, please reach out to our support team through the in-game support feature, providing details on the situation. It would also be helpful to provide the name of the team member you would like to become a leader.
