We're very sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties! It's possible you have some "habitat upgrades" available that have not yet been claimed.

On your Butterfly screen, there is a circle icon in the bottom-right corner. If that circle is gold and sparkling, you have a habitat upgrade available to you. You can see an example of this in the image below.

After upgrading your habitat, your percentage of progress should increase.
