We're very sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing the store for coins, hints, or daily rewarded ads.

Our first suggestion is to reboot the device you are playing on, and then check the store again.

For Android devices, please try these steps to see if it would help:

1. Close the app.
2. Reboot your Wi-Fi and ensure your device is connected to it.
3. Confirm your device's date and time are set to automatic.
4. Restart your device fully (do not delete the app, just shut down your device, and start it back again).
5. Turn on Airplane mode.
6. Open the app.
7. Turn off Airplane mode and try accessing the store again.


Also, if you are on an Apple or iOS device, we recommend you check to see if your In-App Purchases are enabled: 

1. Go to Device Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions
2. From that menu, ensure you have Content & Privacy Restrictions enabled
3. Navigate to iTunes&App Store Purchases and ensure you have In-App Purchases set to Allow

If it is set to Don't Allow, it won't get you into In-App Store. After changing this setting, please reboot your device, and check back again.
