Ads should never play for the full 30 seconds between puzzles – they should always be skippable after a few seconds.

If you are having a problem with a particular ad, we would appreciate you reporting it as a support ticket within the settings of the game. It would be even more helpful if you can include the name or a screenshot of the ad. This will help us to track down the ad and remove it from the game.
