The coins collected by the Piggy Bank are extra coins you can purchase if you wish. These coins are separate from your normal coin balance, which are free coins each player gets for finding bonus words or from Daily Gifts.  

Piggy Bank coins are totally separate from any coins you have earned by playing Wordscapes puzzles, and are optional to purchase.
