Tap the “Portraits” tab on your player profile to view the portraits you have collected. You can use a portrait you have fully collected by tapping the “use” button underneath that portrait.

If you do not see a “use” button underneath a portrait, you have not fully discovered that portrait. You will need to continue playing the Portrait Events in order to discover and use that portrait.
