What is Direct Pay?

Direct Pay is a new, optional way to purchase items in the in-game store for players using Android or Apple devices located in the US. When enabled, you check out on our official in-game payment page instead of through Apple/Google, and you may receive extra value on eligible Coin purchases.

Is Direct Pay required?

No. Direct Pay is completely optional. You can keep using your device’s normal App Store payments if you prefer.

Is Direct Pay safe?

Yes. Direct Pay is our official, secure payment flow and uses trusted payment security standards. Your transactions and information are fully protected.

Does Direct Pay change the price of items?

Prices stay the same. Direct Pay adds bonus Coins on eligible offers, which is why values can look higher when it’s on.

What if my purchase doesn’t work or I don’t get my items?

Contact support through the in-game menu and tap the Support button. We’ll verify the transaction and make sure you receive your items (including any eligible bonus).

Where can I find Direct Pay?

Open the in-game store. You’ll see a Direct Pay banner with a toggle you can expand and turn on/off anytime.

Can I turn Direct Pay off after enabling it?

Yes. You can toggle it on or off anytime in the in-game store. Your setting will be remembered.
