While we don't have full control of the ads shown in the game, we certainly want to block disturbing, offensive, inappropriate, or broken ads that make it hard to close or freeze/crash the game.
If you would like to report an ad you’ve seen, please follow these steps:
Take a screenshot of the ad.
At the end of the ad, look for a small triangle icon or a circle icon with an “i”. Tap on this icon and take a screenshot of the information that appears. (If you don't have it, it's ok, but this information helps us to track ads quicker)
Go to the Settings of the game (gear icon in the bottom-right corner), tap on “Support”, then tap on the message icon in the top-right corner. And choose Ad issues > Report an ad, and send us a message with the following information:

The name of the game or product being advertised
What type of device are you playing on (iOS, Android, or Kindle)
If there is no triangle or "i" icon, send us a support message from within the game's settings with as much information as you have, ideally, the name of the app or product being advertised and a screenshot of the ad.
