Your account data, along with all of your game progress, can be deleted by following these steps:
- Tap the Settings (gear icon) on the game’s Home screen.
- Select Manage Data.
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to delete your account.
Account deletion is permanent. Deleting your account will permanently remove all level progress and saved content associated with your account, including all Coins, Brilliance, Hints, Bees, Crowns, Portraits, Butterfly collections, and any other game content earned or purchased during play.
Account data can take up to 14 days to be completely removed from the server. We do not delete all of the data associated with the account, such as transactional information for financial reporting or information needed to comply with a court settlement.
After you initiate account deletion, we will no longer be able to restore it.
