Ads should never play for the full 30 seconds between puzzles – they should always be skippable after a few seconds.
If you are having a problem with a particular ad, we would appreciate you reporting it as a support ticket within the settings of the game. This will allow us to associate the ad with the device where it was shown.
If you would like to report an ad you’ve seen, please follow these steps:
Take a screenshot of the ad.
At the end of the ad, look for a small triangle icon or a circle icon with an “i”. Tap on this icon and take a screenshot of the information that appears.
Go to the Settings of the game (gear icon in the bottom-right corner), tap on “Support”, then tap on the message icon in the top-right corner. Send us a message with the following information:

The name of the game or product being advertised
What type of device you are playing on (iOS, Android, or Kindle)
If there is no triangle icon or "i" icon, send us a support message from within the settings of the game with as much information as you have – ideally, the name of the app or product being advertised and a screenshot of the ad.
