How to Report Cheating

We understand that some players may find ways to cheat, and we take this issue seriously. If you suspect a player of cheating, please contact customer support and provide their username. Our team will investigate, and if cheating is confirmed, the player will be banned from participating in tournaments.

What is NOT considered cheating?

Before reporting, please keep in mind:
✅ If a player gains a few hundred stars quickly at the start or end of a tournament, they might be using Wildlife animals, which reward stars for gameplay activities. You can learn more about the Wildlife feature here.
✅ Some players are extremely fast at swiping. You can check out videos of fast swipers here and see our top-performing teams here. We post the top 10 teams every month!

What is considered suspicious behavior?

🚩 A player earning more than 5,000 stars per hour in a tournament.
🚩 A team gaining hundreds of thousands of stars per hour.

If you notice these behaviors, please report them as soon as possible.
