Sometimes new features are tested with a small, randomized group of people before the feature is released to everyone. We need to test it first to make sure it doesn't break anything within the game. Also, some features can only be accessible after unlocking or completing certain levels:

Wildlife Collection unlocks at level 37
Daily Puzzle unlocks at level 13

Butterfly event unlocks at level 61

Teams unlock at level 50
