Hoot Mail is our communication system to let players stay informed about the game, team information, and receive personal messages from the Wordscapes Solitaire Team!

You’ll find your Hoot Mail inbox in the upper right-hand corner of your Home screen, just to the left of the Settings icon. When you have new messages, a red notification dot will appear with the number of items waiting for you.

When you open Hoot Mail, you’ll see three tabs: Inbox, Social, and News:

Here’s what each tab is used for:

INBOX:
Messages sent here are directed specifically to you. For example, if you win a prize in one of our Facebook or Instagram drawings, your reward will appear in your Inbox for you to collect.

SOCIAL:
This tab supports team activity. Team Leaders are notified here when someone requests to join their team. Players will also receive a message when their request to join a team has been accepted.

NEWS:
This tab contains game updates, contest information, announcements, and other important messages from the Wordscapes Solitaire Team.
