Card Backs are a weekly feature that unlock at Level 34, giving players the option to customize the appearance of their cards. Each week, a new Card Back becomes available, and players can obtain it by spending Coins or watching a Reward Video.
When the feature unlocks, players will see an announcement that the feature has been unlocked on the Home Screen.
How Do Weekly Card Backs Work?
A new Card Back is released every week. When the weekly Card Back becomes available, players can:
- Watch a Reward Video to unlock it
- Purchase the new Card Back with Coins
- Swap out their current Card Back
- Or simply let the Card Back expire and return to the standard style
Each Card Back remains active for 72 hour.
Once you go through the process of getting a new Card Back, it automatically appears in the game. If you decide to change it back, you can go to the home page, and tap the Card Back Icon:
And then you may select Unequip:
You may always come back to the Card Back icon on the home screen to either "Equip" or "Unequip" the Card Back you've obtained.
What Happens If I Unlock a Card Back Late in the Week?
If the weekly Card Back changes and you still have time left on your current purchased Card Back, you will receive the next weeks card for the remainder of your purchase time (total of 72 hours).
You can purchase the new Card Back again during that card's week.
What If I'm in the Middle of a Game When the Card Back Changes?
If a Card Back switches while a player is mid-level, the old Card Back will stay in place until the level is complete. The new Card Back will appear at the start of the next level.
