Will a Portrait Event come back?

Yes. Portrait Events cycle yearly, giving you another chance to progress.

Can I finish a Portrait Set after the event ends?

Not yet. We may introduce special events or other ways to complete unfinished Portrait Sets in the future.

What happens if I don’t finish my Portrait Set in time?

You’ll need to wait for the Portrait Event to return next year.
You’ll keep all completed Portraits, and your progress is never lost.

I had unopened Portrait Crates when the event ended. How can I open them?

Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner of the Home screen.
Open the Collections tab, then select View All in the Portrait Sets. Navigate to the set you had crates in. In the upper right corner you will see a crate icon that will allow you to claim any remaining Portrait Pieces.
