You can transfer your account to a new device using a transfer code in the settings of the game. Click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner. Then select the account transfer button. You can then get your code from the old device using the "Get Code" button.

Players can then complete the same steps on a new device and enter the code using the "Enter Code" button to transfer progress.
