Ad videos that show between puzzles should always be skippable after 5 seconds. This is usually done via an X or >> appearing in the upper-left or upper-right corner. Sometimes they may be hard to see against the background color. If you are having a problem with a particular ad, please report it to us by sending a support ticket with a screenshot and product name. We will track down the ad source and get it removed or corrected.
