You will need to go to the "Offers" section and select the "Support" option in the upper right-hand corner. It will tell you the status of your offer and let you contact Tapjoy directly if needed.
You can also contact Tapjoy in the "Survey" section if you are having problems with a survey at support@tapjoy.com.
