You can download Word Chums and sign in as an existing user with your same email address that is associated with the username. Use the "Have an Account? LOG IN" button. It will send you an email to verify the new device. Check that email to confirm that new device and you should be good to go.

Note: Sometimes that email will end up in your spam or junk folder.. Check there if you can't find it.
